With a total investment of 62.4754 million yuan and a building area of 14,191.14 square meters, the new Workers' Cultural Palace features facilities like volleyball courts, badminton courts, gyms, billiard rooms, table tennis rooms, chess rooms, basketball courts, exhibition halls, reading rooms, and dozens of other activity rooms. Integrating sports, education, leisure, and cultural exchange functions, it serves as a vital platform to provide comprehensive services to workers.

To innovate development paths, the cultural palace collaborated with itc to deliver comprehensive and intelligent solutions for over 14 areas, including the new palace building, conference rooms, training rooms, and reception rooms. The meeting rooms, training rooms, and reception rooms are equipped with itc fine-pitch LED displays and strip screens, which offer seamless display, high refresh rates, excellent uniformity, low brightness with high grayscale, and natural color reproduction. This ensures ultra-clear visuals for themed meetings, policy briefings, and training sessions. The paperless conference system streamlines the meeting process, enabling efficient documentation and archiving.

The LED displays provide seamless images, ultra-high contrast, vibrant colors, and distortion-free visuals, delivering an immersive experience from any angle.itc linear array speakers ensure uniform sound coverage across the spacious hall, complemented by auxiliary speakers, feedback speakers, apron speakers, and subwoofers for a rich audio experience. The hall achieves high-quality and evenly distributed sound through overall sound field design and adjustment, ensuring clear and impactful audio for all attendees.

Additionally, each seat at the podium is equipped with itc digital conference units, featuring gold-plated diaphragm super-cardioid condenser microphones with broadcast-quality audio, interference resistance, and an ultra-long pickup range. The system also integrates multiple conference functions such as voting, sign-in, meeting services, and discussion, enhancing meeting efficiency and quality.

To streamline operations, the hall’s audiovisual and lighting systems are integrated into the central control system, allowing one-touch management for ease of use and maintenance.

The system also integrates seamlessly with the EVAC system. In emergencies, it triggers pre-set evacuation broadcasts with high-priority playback, guiding personnel quickly and safely to evacuation routes, significantly improving response efficiency.
